Sparrow Foundation hosts a number of events each year to support a variety of services that impact the health of our region. Additionally, there are community events that Ssparrow is proud to be the beneficiary of throughout the year.

Children's Center Day of Miracles

Since 1988, the Sparrow Children’s Center, in affiliation with Children’s Miracle Network, has partnered with local WILX TV-10, raising funds which aid in the advancement of services and care for children in Mid-Michigan.

Enjoy some time of serenity and rememberance as you and your loved ones take a peacful walk around Granger Meadows Park. There is also the opportunity to purchase a memorial picket on which your loved ones name will be displayed each year during the wonderful event.

  

Michigan Mile
June 2, 2018
Join 2,500 children, and their families, in celebrating physical activity with a great day of fun at Cooley Law School Stadium: home of the Lansing Lugnuts. The Michigan Mile is a one-mile run for kids age 13 and under and the KIDSPRINT, for children 6 and under, takes place on the warning track inside the stadium. All participants receive a registration bag, T-shirt, and finishers receive a medal!

 

Dapper Dads

This fun evening literally shuts down the block! Come join us as Lansing's most Dapper Dads strut the runway and compete for the title of 2018 Dapper Dad! This wonderful event raises money in support of women's health initiatives and in 2017 funded the new Ice Cap Therapy now availalbe at Sparrow for some women undergoing chemotherapy for breast cancer.

Health Classic Golf Outing

Eagle Eye Golf Club & Hawk Hollow Golf Courses

Extraordinary golf for extraordinary care! This day-long event raises funds for the Area of Greatest Need at Sparrow and always delivers a great time! Golfers are assigned to either Hawk Hollow or Eagle Eye on a first-come, first-served basis, so make sure to sign-up early! Registration will begin on the first day spring, 2018.
